FAQ

Common questions, answered straight.

Timelines, confidentiality, scope and pricing — the practical side of working together.

How long does the AI Agent Audit take?

7-10 days from kickoff to findings. You get an inventory of your AI use cases, a risk and quality map, a token and cost efficiency review, 3-5 quick wins and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.

What exactly do you review during the audit?

Existing prompts, agent roles, knowledge sources, CRM or task context, escalation points, hallucination risk, access control and business impact. The goal is a clear picture of what works, what wastes budget and what needs human approval.

How do you handle confidentiality and NDA?

An NDA can be signed before any access is shared. Client systems, prompts, CRM records and internal documents are handled under agreed project scope, role-based access and confidentiality terms, with a GDPR-aware approach to data.

How does pricing and payment work?

Each service has a published price range — from EUR 2,500 for an audit to monthly managed operations. The exact quote is fixed in advance based on scope, before any work starts. The audit is a standalone deliverable: there is no obligation to continue after it.

We have almost no AI in place yet. Is it too early?

No — that is often the cheapest moment to get the architecture right. The audit then focuses on your data, tools and processes, and the roadmap shows where agents bring value first without uncontrolled experiments.

How do we work together remotely?

Remotely across Europe, in English or Russian (plus basic Spanish), starting with a short intro call. Communication runs through the channels your team already uses, with weekly management reports on longer engagements.
